I love my vibration plate. I use it every day, and so does my hubby. I don't know what all the bad reviews are about. It helps with inflammation and even with having bad knees and back issues, and it has relieved the pain I was having. If all it does is help my lymphatic issue, it's a WIN.

I love how compact this is, fits right under the bed or in a closet! The vibration eases my tired, achy legs. Before getting this, I looked into whether there is evidence that this is beneficial for wellness and there is data to support several benefits. I'd say look into it if you are considering it. But I am very happy with this unit!

It's not complicated to set up and it's easy to use. It says it's equivalent to an hour of jogging or even 200 sit ups. I do believe that is accurate.

This is the second unit we’ve bought. took some getting used to. But once I got used to it, I was able to complete the 10 minute default timed exercise without any problems. I love that it has suction cups at the bottom to prevent it from sliding all over the floor and the platform itself is highly slip resistant.

You can feel it in the calves, thighs, & buttocks. I definitely think this is a great buy & a great extra to my swim & walking regiment. I see a difference in my mobility as well. I have used it on the carpet while sitting & it was fine.

I’ve been using this vibration plate for almost a year. It is really great! I sit for long periods of time for work and start to get achy legs and feet from swelling. Getting on the plate for a couple cycles gets rid of both the pain and swelling.
